Where can I see my order details?
Go to My Orders in your account. Each order shows the item details, status, and delivery information. You can also view the invoice from there.
The item I received doesn't work. What do I do?
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Live Chat within 24 hours of your purchase. Include your order code and a screenshot of the issue. We will verify and replace or refund if the item is confirmed invalid.
Balance & Top Up
How do I top up my balance?
Go to the Top Up page, select your payment method, enter the amount, and follow the instructions. After transferring, upload your payment proof. Our system (or admin) will confirm and credit your balance.
How long does top-up take to process?
LTC (Litecoin) top-ups are auto-confirmed once the blockchain shows enough confirmations — usually within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer and e-wallet top-ups are verified manually and typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during active hours.
What is the unique code in the transfer amount?
Each top-up request gets a unique 3-digit code added to the amount (e.g., Rp 50.123). This helps us identify your payment automatically. You must transfer the exact amount shown, including the unique digits.
Can I withdraw my balance?
No. Store balance is non-withdrawable and can only be used for purchases on ItemReady.com. Please only top up what you intend to spend.
